Brecon Carreg, the UK's favourite Welsh water created within the natural beauty of the Brecon Beacons National Park, is encouraging every woman in the UK to embrace and celebrate their own natural beauty in a refreshingly honest way.

Welsh beauty and singer Cerys Matthews is supporting National Dare to Go Bare Day and challenging women to go make-up free for a day in aid of the British Skin Foundation, the UK's only charity dedicated to raising funds for research into all skin diseases.

More than a quarter of women* admit to never leaving the house without wearing make-up, so we know going bare for a day could be a daunting experience for many.

Getting a group of friends or colleagues together and encouraging each other to go make-up free for a night on the town or a day in the office on Friday 18 April is an easy way to take part and means you'll all have that vital support if you need it!
